Renew & Restore Yoga Fusion

December 16 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

$20
Join Lindy Romez (Jaya Devi) in this yin-inspired yoga fusion class designed to guide you toward a deep sense of self-care and renewal. This practice is not about doing yoga in the traditional sense but about allowing your body and mind to release tension and reconnect. If you’ve ever heard the saying, “Your issues are in your tissues,” you’ll know how important it is to stretch and nurture the body daily. Without this, tightness builds, and unresolved tension grows. Yin yoga is your antidote—a gentle, restorative approach that feels like meditation in motion, especially suited for beginners and anyone seeking a peaceful pause. In this class, postures are practiced mostly seated or lying down, held for extended periods to access deep connective tissues and fascia. The benefits include enhanced circulation, increased flexibility, and a calming of the nervous system. Yin yoga is particularly powerful for opening the heart center, quieting the mind, and inviting full-body relaxation that nourishes and heals. This practice is for anyone looking to reconnect gently and compassionately with themselves, especially those healing from trauma, stress, or disconnection. Through Yin, you’ll cultivate love, compassion, and self-belief on a cellular level—an empowering reminder of how truly wonderful you are every day. Give yourself the gift of stillness and appreciation—you deserve it.

Her relaxed approach and light hearted personality makes it fun for students to explore the possibilities that practicing yoga and meditation can offer them.
