This Sound Bath Meditation is open to the public and is for those who are interested in mediation and sound healing and don’t know where to start. This instructor will easily guide you to a relaxed state of mediation using sound with ancient instruments used in sound healing.
What to bring: Please bring your own mats, blanket, pillows, masks and anything else that can make you more comfortable.
